The EFR Mental Health Awareness Course is designed to raise awareness of mental health issues, reduce stigma, and promote supportive environments both in and out of the workplace. This course equips participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to identify signs of mental distress, offer support, and foster a culture of mental wellbeing in their communities. Upon completion, participants will receive a Mental Health Awareness Certificate, valid for 2 years.
This introductory four-hour session provides a comprehensive overview of mental health, emphasising the importance of recognition, support, and stigma reduction.
The course was designed in collaboration with Dr. Richard Castle, PhD, MDA, BA, AFBPsS, C.Psychol, a renowned Mental Health and Trauma Rehabilitation Consultant. Dr. Castle brings extensive experience from his roles with the Grenfell Hope Project, The Eleos Partnership, and as an Instructor for MHFA England.

Foster supportive environments in workplaces, schools, and communities.

A really good training course, very professionally presented by Tracy. I’ve been on lots of training courses over the years and too often they can be soporific! Tracy is one of those rare training professionals who can deliver training and keep a person interested all day! Great course. Highly recommended!

Couldn't recommend Tracy and her team enough for a first aid course. Having to renew it every 3 years used to send me to sleep. Not with these guys! Professional, up to date and with lots of toys to play with, without the death by powerpoint.
